Rebounding's gentle, rhythmic motion helps get your lymphatic system moving, supporting your body's natural detoxification processes.  Other benefits include improved balance, pelvic floor strengthening, and an effective core and cardio workout.

  • Absolutely! Rebounding is for everyone, across all age groups and fitness levels.  Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to intensify your workouts, rebounding is a fantastic way to support your fitness goals.

    • Rebounding's low-impact effect is a game-changer. It's gentle on your joints while still providing a challenging workout.

    • Get your heart pumping! Rebounding is an amazing cardio workout that you can adapt to your pace, leaving you feeling energized. No matter your fitness level, you can enjoy a challenging and effective cardio session.

  • Choose comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in! Shorts or leggings are perfect. We recommend avoiding long, flowing skirts or pants that might catch on the rebounder.  To ensure safety and comfort, please wear either trainers or socks with grips. A good sports bra is highly recommended.

  • All the equipment you'll need for your rebounding class—weights, bands, balls, mats, and of course, the rebounders—will be provided. Just bring a water bottle and a gym towel!

  • We have tried to make booking a class as easy as possible. Directly from the BOOKING page on this website or from the downloadable GLOFOX app.

    Simply create your personal profile with login details and then you will be able to access our full schedule and book classes from there.

  • Yes. We welcome you to try your first “Jump In” class for free. Then to get a better feel we offer your first 3 class package for a super low fee. Class Pass packages are then purchased in advance with different rates determined by the number of classes purchased.

  • Yes. There is sufficient FREE off-road parking available at the Studio. Overflow parking is also available on Wainui Road.

  • Yes. Not only do our instructors have plenty of fitness know-how, they are also certified through Boogie Bounce in the UK.

  • Not being able to make a booked class due to unforeseen situations may happen from time to time, and we totally get this!  You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the class without incurring any penalty. If you were to cancel within 12 hours of your booked class your class credit will still be used but you are welcome to discuss your situation with our friendly staff to see if your pass can be credited.

  • Our standard classes are designed and suitable for anyone from the age of 16. However, our qualified instructors will be happy to assess younger teenagers on their capabilities and may allow them to join classes.

    We will be adding Junior classes for those under the age of 16 to our programme soon.

  • As with any form of exercise, should you have any serious medical conditions or health concerns, you should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, rebounding included.

  • According to the manufacturer’s guidelines, the weight limit for our rebounders is 127kg.
