Hi everyone, I’m Tess!
I’m so excited to be part of this vibrant studio community. My background in contemporary dance, combined with my training in Pilates and yoga, has shaped my passion for functional movement, strength, and mobility. I graduated from Unitec in 2023 with a Bachelor of Contemporary Dance, specializing in body awareness and somatic practices, with a strong interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
I believe fitness is about more than just physical strength — it’s about building resilience, boosting mental wellbeing, and feeling empowered in your own body. My classes are designed to challenge you, support your progress, and leave you feeling strong, connected, and energized.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me cooking up healthy recipes, walking along the beach, or grabbing a coffee with friends. I’m always keen for a chat, so don’t hesitate to say hi!

Hi everyone, I’m Tamsin!
I’m co-owner of The Rebound Room, and together with my husband Greg, hope to bring an exciting new exercise space to the Coastie Community! -=) I’ve been a regular rebounder since 2016 and absolutely love how dynamic and fun rebounding is, no two classes feel the same and the benefits are endless.
Outside of bringing rebounding to Silverdale, I love being a hands-on mum to our two daughters and exploring beautiful Aotearoa. I’m so excited to share my passion for movement and fun with you - see you on the rebound floor!

Hi Everyone I’m Clare!
I’m delighted to be part of the Rebound Room crew!
Originally from the UK, I’ve been living in NZ since 2016 and feel incredibly lucky to have the beach on my doorstep. That’s where you’ll often find me walking with my cheeky schnoodle Hetty.
My fitness journey began back in 2017. What started as a weekly pilates class quickly became something bigger – a way of moving, thinking, and connecting with my body that completely changed my life. l finally took the leap and completed my Pilates instructor training in 2024 and more recently my rebound instructor training.
I’m passionate about helping people move with ease, strength, and confidence when bouncing to the beat! I believe movement should feel good, be fun, and leave you feeling uplifted and energised (yes, even when your legs are shaking!).
My classes are all about positive vibes, great music, and creating a space where you can tune in, let go, and feel amazing in your body – no matter where you’re starting from.
I can’t wait to move with you. Come say hi before or after class – I’m always up for a chat!
